Akanksha Jain has been associated with multiple human resource firms closing the requirements in India as well as other parts of world like UAE, US etc. Over the years, Akanksha has created a wide network with various companies executives, Board of Directors, Human Resource Personnel and long list of satisfied candidates who advocate for her skills. She has created a unique high performing culture in her organisation and continue to make shift towards learning and development of her employees and other stakeholders.
Akanksha grew up an ordinary kid in Udaipur. She has a extraordinary interest in managing the major events like Annual Day, Family Parties right from her childhood. By high school she has already developed her business mind set which we got inherited from her business family where she started venturing few small but profitable transactions. While completing her Graduation, she realized there is a great opportunity in service industry who look forward for employment but there were almost negligible players who can assist the mass talent pool for which she pursued her Masters in Human Resource. She has been known for her unique client management, persuasion and influential skills with whom she worked so far.


She says, getting a job in a middle class family was a deal during the time she completed her Masters and she wants to make a smile in all those people for whom she can impact by her unique skills providing opportunities to create a long term sustainable career.
